I have been diagnosed with very low levels vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. I have been prescribed with multi vitamin tablet for 3 months to increase my B12 level. In the pack, it's written Methylparaben IP and Propylparaben IP as preservatives. I read from online sources that parabens are carcinogenic. Some studies have shown that breast cancer biopsy had traces of paraben. Hence should I take those tablets with risk or is it safe to consume?

No focal abnormal FDG uptake enhancing mass lesionseen at left Anterior chest wall region Na significant FDG avid bilateral axillary bilateral internal mammary lymph nodes. No significant FDG avid distant metastasis.
