Cancer Care and Treatment

I was recently advised pheochromocytoma plasma and 24hr urine test. The report is enclosed. My current doctor suspected pheochromocytoma based on my symptoms of hypertension which was resistant to many of the hypertension drugs administered in the past 4 years. Coincidentally I was also diagnosed with anxiety disorder accompanying chronic panic attacks multiple times of day in the same year. The anti-anxiety medications and therapy also didn't help much in reducing my anxiety and panic attacks. I also have a history of depressive episode 15 years back. The depressive episode relapsed in the last 1 year because of my uncontrollable anxiety and panic attacks. My current medications are venloxafine Chlordiazepoxide Clomipramine and clonazepam as sos medication. For hypertension I have been prescribed Nexovas 50 Telista 40 and Minipress xl 2.5. Have been advised for imaging at Tata Cancer Center in Mumbai. Can it be pheochromocytoma based on the report?

My uncle has throat cancer advanced stage Heavy swelling on face and legs and fingers are now. Is it because of infection or tumour spreading?

My uncle diagnosed with gallbladder Cancer metastasis stage he is on medication.. According blood reports his Alkaline Phosphate (ALP) has reduced does it means the slight improvement in Cancer? Or does it means any reduction in Cancer growth? I have attached reports. .

As per PET-CT scan the report, enlarged lymph nodes/nodal masses were found atleast at 5 places. CT guide FNAC from left para-aortic lymphadenopathy. As per microscopy of biopsy, 1. FNAC smears are haemorrhagic & sparsely cellular & show scattered atypical cells which are intermediate to large in size & show highly N:C ratio, irregular nuclear borders, coarse chromatin and scant cytoplasm. Atypical mitotic figures are seen. Crush artefact is noted. 2. The sections studied shows blood clot with entangled atypical lymphoid cells exhibiting hyperchromatic nuclei, irregular nuclear margin and scant cytoplasm. Brisk mitoses are identified. According to the above report please let us know the cancer status and whether another biopsy is required?

I do no why Surgeon are responding. Please understand im expecting answer from Right person. I have clearly mentioned that Looking Radio therapy. Please mention some hospital which has Truebeam stx machine in bangalore. Im not interested in surgery. Please do reply as per my request.

I m suffering from low platelets count 62000,58000,56000, 48000,low hemoglobin 11.5,11.2,10.5,severe back burning pain sensation,gum bleeding while brushing, rashes on thigh which turns into black in summer and rainy season, while scratching it bleed in the size of pins point, shoulder pain, arm pain, forearm pain,wrist pain, fingers pain, breathing problems, abdominal pain, morning stiffness, foot and hand pain, feeling tiredness, eyes pain and burning, headache, pallor, frequent urination 14 to 15 times in 24hours, back burning pain get worse while doing some household activities...
