Inside my inner thigh something odd almost like a mole appeared. Could this be skin cancer ? Please help

Measure it and keep observing it for growth in size over a couple of weeks. It could just be a mole, a petechial haemorrhage or the beginning of Melanoma

Get Complete blood picture and plate let count along with Liver function test .It appears like petical hemorrhagic spot.If it is normal consult dermatologist .
