Black Spot inside lips
Sins long years I use Khaini.(Tobacco ).
I Found some Black Or Red Spot inside my lower lip.. Where khaini we keep.
Now recently I feel Pain on if I take Spicey food.
Is it cancer???

Tobacco chewing can cause cancer...
Presentation when cancer starts is highly varied, you can have small reddish patch , you can have ulcer etc. You may or may not have pain.
So, examination in person is suggested and in case of suspicion biopsy will be considered..
