Diagnosis with gastric cancer in october 2021 get operated in october 2021 currently on capox chemotherapy 3rd cycle. Ultrasound done on 22 February 2021

My father is suffering from Hodgkin lyphoma and is currently under chemo. His last chemo is tomorrow but he is feeling tried and having swelling in his legs mainly in one leg after his last chemo session. He had no heart prb before starting of treatment. Could you please suggest what can the possible causes.

HEAD&NECK: Brain parenchyma is normal. (Please note: FDG PET-CT may have low sensitivity for brain lesions). .FDG avid (SUV max. 34.7) enlarged right levelI and ll cervical nodal lesions seen, largest one measures (TRA) 3.3 x (AP) 3.6 x (cc) 5.2 cm, the lesions cause compression of right IJV. Thyroid gland appears normal. THORAX: Linear atelectatic bands seen in left lower lobe of lung. No pulmonary nodules seen. .No pleural or pericardial abnormality seen. No significantly enlarged mediastinal lymphnodes seen. Mild diffuse increased FDG activity (SUV max. 3.5) seen in thymus - likely physiological for age. Subcentimeter sized non-FDG-avid right axillary node seen.                              IMPRESSION: FDG avid enlarged right level II and ll cervical nodal lesions seen - likely represent lymphomatous lymphadenopathy. Suggested HPE correlation. No significant metabolically active disease seen elsewhere in the body.

At the age of 16 ,got ALL, treatment goes 2year9 months ,from that in remission,at the age of 23 got kid, normal delivery,get cold cough easily, Want to know is kid decisions was right or not? Can this disease is hereditary? Is leukemia never come back/chance of recurrence? What are the patient chances of survival?

I have just discovered a lump under my armpit which has grown around 1 cm in size inside skin and painless , it has been there since like 8 months , so when i contracted covid 8 months back it swolled after some time it shrinked but not fully an now its size have increased i dont have any history of cancer but i am a big time hypochondriac even the thought of cancer has killed me , i consulted a local mbbs he said it is nothing , he didnt even aak some questions which made me rethink for second opinion , the lump is hard it does not move painless , i have not lost weight and my energy levels are fine the only thing i have was 5 jolts of cold within last two/three months , and i am literally depressed , i cant afford a md consultation right now , is this something thing common and nothing to worry or should i be worried as the size has increased , please help
