My CEA level has decreased from 26 (In the start of Radiation and Chemo) to 1.5. Does this mean my cancer has gone into remission. Will I still need surgery?

I have finished 25 quarters of Chemo Radiation (Proton radiation with Capacitabine tablets). I have also finished 4 Chemo Cycles of Carboplatin and Etoposide. My CEA level has come down from 25 to 1.5. My question is my ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) is constant at 40. Why is it not decreasing?

Ho doctor, I am hypochondria anxieties paitent and always sacred of cancer. I have doubts. What is difference between cancer induced weight loss and normal weight loss. I am having semi solid stool from 1 week with regular interview and there is slight loss of weight of 1kg. I am on medicine for same. I am really scared if inahvd stomach cancer or colon cancer. There is just loose stool and gastric but no blood in stool. Please suggest

Hello my dad has never smoked in life and never chewed tobacco so he developed some white patches on cheeks 2 years back and he had pain while chewing masala food but now that both white patches are gone and no pain and it's just below tongue so is this leukoplakia? FNAC from right cervical swelling yielded highly cellular smears composed of a polymorphous population of large lymphoid cells having round to irregular and lobate nucleus and scanty finely vacuolated cytoplasm. There are accompanied by small lymphocytes scattered tingiblr body macrophages, few neutrophils and occasional eosinophils. The background is dirty, shows abundant lymphoglandular bodies and RBCs. Granulomas or metastatic cells are not identified. Advice : A clinico - radiological correlation with excision followed by HPE with IHC for exact characterization.

Is it possible to perform surgery for 28kg body weight cancer patient? What will be the chances of recovery?
