I have attached my CBC Ese report
Please can anyone confirm if it is cancer? Please note that I recently had very low platelet count 108,000. I started having bruises on my body and gums bleeding. Then I was given medicines to increase the platelets count. The attached picture is for latest report of mine. Done day before yesterday. Platelets count is increased to 533,000 Please advise if there is anything serious showing on my report. Is there any indications of cancer?

This much history is insufficient, duration of symptoms, investigations, cbc reports at baseline etc are important. From the limited history it looks like it might be ITP.
Next Steps
as of now if no further complaints, then just follow up with your primary physician. if symptoms recur then to consult a hematologist.
