Hello Ma'am/Sir, Two months ago my grandmother said that she have something "ganth type" under her left breast. We are belongs from the Middle class Family, and my father have ESIC facilities we get some report from ESIC for my grandmother breast "ganth" and they may be she has victim of cancer. Then my father move to appolo hospital to confirm the same, in the appolo we do another report that I have attached here. Please advise your opinion for the attached report. How may I proceed further?

I have been suffering from fast heart rate with out any cause since 5 years... Symptoms are increasing now... My heart rate is always high plus fluctuates BP... Also, winters causing stress over my body causing polyuria symptoms.. Initially doc said its may be anxiety attacks but my symptoms are not responding to medicines n always come n go In 2018 to 2019, I have a problem of heat pains, heavy headache zits, full body discomforts n heat generation... Symptoms stay for 6 to 7 months then calm for sometimes automatically Now, this time new more symptoms find polyuria, on off BP, fast heart rate, n many more.. Basic reports are fine Doctor want to test metanephrine serum n catecholamines serum to find it... What should we do next?

Is Colostomy a difficult surgery? How long will surgery last? How many days hospital stay? When will body fully recover after surgery? Will it lead to infection of Colon at a later stage?

Hi, my mother is suffering with ascites as a result of CA Ovary, she is no more on Chemo after surgery due to extreme side effects and the current prognosis is poor. As Palliative care, doctor has advised for Pigtail drain in her abdomen but I don't have any reference apart from internet to consult if such a step would be advisable considering her poor health, weakness, age. Currently we are doing weekly paracentesis in nearby hospital. Doctor has informed us of chances of infection and blockage which we fear Of course but I would like to get some inputs on the benefits as this weekly poking of needle is taking a toll on her. We would want her to be as comfortable as possible. Kindly suggest.
