I have doubt that can brain tumour and brain cancer directly affects someone intelligence power of learning and logical reasoning associated with study directly without showing other symptoms like headache,vomitting and other .

Sir/ mam I have small insignificant lymph nodes enlargement all over body from 2 years. I consulted many doctors took multiple antibiotics previously.. Now I consulted hematology department of medical college they suggested biospy and advise to consult surgeon to do so. But when I consulted surgeon he had taken it hold for 3 months for observation. He will do another ultrasound then will decide. But already it has been 2 years. Should I wait? I am attaching my prescription and test results.
