What happens if TLC reaches 106 thou/mm3, symptoms and how to get down immediately. What precautions should be taken in diet and daily routine work.

I have been going through a lot since many years but symptoms can mute any time n can attack many times with common symptoms of high breathing, high heart rate, fluctuates bp, heat intolerance but sometimes now New symptom added cold foot all the time... Polyuria too which initially thought as Diabetes insipidus, pallor face, new symptoms also add n can go away anytime Please, do I need CT Scan now?

Last 3 months suffering from jaundice. Later we have contacted to igims patna.. He ruled out batter of test including biopsy, mrcp, ct scan, endoscopy and some blood test. Later doctor told patient is suffering from cancer and only one way to save his life by putting ercp stent in abdomen

My wife facing hardness in right breast. U/s revealed a well defined hypoechoic mass 1.6*1.4*1.2 cm. We have a 1.5 years old boy who regularly takes feed but since 10 days no milk coming from right breast. No h/of breast ca. in u/s dr. Suggested possibly of galactocele and Bi rad 3. No other symptoms. Pls advice we are a lot worried. Thanks in advance.

My 49 yr old mother has hypoechoic superficial abdominal wall lump of about 6cm in right hypochondrium separate from liver,gb and kidney .reports are attached. Her hb level is only 5 since last year and has persistent abdomen pain and various other problems. Her esr was also 80 recently. Local doctor is giving her mk xone s  antibiotic injection and other gas medicine and she feels some improvement. Is there any test other than biopsy which could confirm whether it's cancerous or not. Pls guide.

My husband had to get medical test done for office in December where CBC showed eosinophils as 10% and platelet count as 1.46 10³/mm...now in March for an ACL reconstruction surgery when he checked Doctor mentioned platelets are low as 1.2 and eosinophils are high again with low RBC...in September for a regular check up all parameters were normal except Esnophilia at 7.8... attached both reports for reference...is this a cause of concern...he was feeling weak from last two months ...he had viral fever in Jan not sure if Covid..since vaccinated he could recover quickly... I'm worried about his CBC condition as DR asked to keep a check on platelets and Esnophilia...is it something to worry

Father got diagnosed with Nodal Marginal Zone Lymphoma of B cell and Non Hodgkin. He is undergoing his fifth chemo ( bendamustine and rituximab) . Should he proceed with maintenance therapy with rituximab every 3 months post 6 chemo cycles. Please, do suggest.
