Sir my father from last 3 days develop a ulcer I think I am attaching pic it is painful when food touch it I am attaching pic please tell is anything serious it will resolve we asked a doctor he told it is ulcer and prescribed some medicine please answer sir

Most of the tongue ulcers are due to vitamin B deficiency. Nothing serious. Avoid spicy foods and Hot drinks. Advised to Stop smoking , alcohol, tobacco products.
