Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I am experiencing continuous headache from past 1 week. I have visited 1 eye specialist and Doctor has given me migraine tablets for 1 month. My concern is, after taking the medicine I am getting relief but the pain is not going fully, and also the pain is happening in different parts of my head, not in a particular area. Am I suffering from any head diseases Kindly help me what am I suppose to do ?

I have a spasm  started in February 2021 in my neck results in neck straightening, wholr day I am feeling neck back ache that just ruined up quality of my life. Rest I did MRI which is showing normal age changes according to 33 age as grade1. Please tell me when I get relieved as what problem I have actually

Hello I am having vertigo, trembling body and palpitation randomly It's hard to even concentrate on speaking or walking I had high colestrol level and fatty leaver earlier but colestrol under control now, no diabetis As per last suggestions before lockdown I am taking nexpro L daily for gastric problem if I stop taking it the symptom worsen Can anyone suggest what might be issue and which speciality to consult ??

Right hand thumb feeling dumbness. I can sense things but its feeling like my fingure is collapsing. I am feeling this since yesterday. I had similar experience last year but that time with right hand index fingure. It lasted for 1 month and automatically gone away. Please let me know the desease symptoms and its cure.

Hi , I'm 24 . Recently I have issues where I want to say something but the word doesn't come to my mind , I know what it is but I forget the word , what should I do I also mix up things I have to say occasionally

I have a vertigo after accident 4 years back which was stable but now I'm tested covid positive it's a 3rd week in recovery but since last two days I have heavy head nd now vertigo started while sleeping or turning the position nd while getting up from bed.also it's been a week I'm not able to sleep in nite I will sleep after 5 AM till 12 pm Is there ny relevant to covid or ny other issue I started taking spinfree wth covid suggested tablets. I shld worry or need to meet Dr? Wth covid it's not poosible to go out.

For my friend feel sharp pain and some tingling in my right leg 6 months before i don't know what happened to me i refer to a orthopaedic doctor and he gave me Nsaid  along with pantpaprazole and also a capsule of calcitriol and vit k27 .. For 4 months its okay no pain and then after that its started and i  start taking same medication for 10 -20 days but now the pain is going.. Its only gone for 2 -3 hours and after that become sharp and create so much problem specially at night and morning .

Last two month pain in right side of hand to right side of neck. Previously month we have done one mri w. As attach with this. Plssss suggest that what can we do Which specialist is better that type of problems.
