Brain and Spine Problems

For my friend feel sharp pain and some tingling in my right leg 6 months before i don't know what happened to me i refer to a orthopaedic doctor and he gave me Nsaid  along with pantpaprazole and also a capsule of calcitriol and vit k27 .. For 4 months its okay no pain and then after that its started and i  start taking same medication for 10 -20 days but now the pain is going.. Its only gone for 2 -3 hours and after that become sharp and create so much problem specially at night and morning .

Last two month pain in right side of hand to right side of neck. Previously month we have done one mri w. As attach with this. Plssss suggest that what can we do Which specialist is better that type of problems.

Pain in back and pain in front part of leg and pain in whole tigh. Both back and front.problem while suiting I. Indian style toilet.

My baby is 2+ years and his speech is delayed but his MRI is not fine.Please check the MRI.we don't understand what is the issue and complications in future.

I am too much stress. I don't know what to do in life. I get headache and feeling of laziness. I need good medicines I was under psychologist treatment for 3 years.

Over the years, my memory power has declined gradually. Memory power I had during my teenage is not same as I have now. Till recently, I felt it is normal. But, since a week I have a worrisome feeling. Lately sometimes I am not able to remember things which I have seen or heard very recently. Sometimes I find it difficult to remember what I had seen or heard recently (certain things, not everything). Also I find difficult to recognise or remember certain people like actors or players when I see. But, earlier I could easily recognise the moment I saw them. In general I feel my memory power has declined and few things I cannot remember easily. Earlier, I could easily remember recent things, lately I find difficulty remembering certain recent things. I'm not under any medication, drugs or alcohol. Sometimes I feel scary that I am experiencing such issues at this age. What should I do and what could it and what precautions can I take?? I am hoping it's not a serious concern. Please advice.

Sir Since last 2 years, I m having pain in my left leg when I use to start walk or stand. I also feel numbness in legs. Since last one week the pain has increased and  last long. There is a brain MRI with 3d feista mri sequence of mother got no relief yet, plz help us mother feel sudden pain and that pain is very hard and horrible.
