Hi Doc...From past few days I have a mild head ache at the Right Back side of ma head.An it offer occurs at evng time.An frm past 2 months am not able to sleep properly at night time.It ill be 3 4 o clk to fall asleep.Can u pls suggest.

Do you have nauseating feeling, sensitivity to light or noise? Do you had headaches in past?
Next Steps
take plenty of fluids, regular exercise and tablet Naprosyn 250 Twice daily for 3 days however if it persists you better see a doctor for neuro exam
