Brain and Spine Problems

Whenever i wakeup after sleep i feel everything spinning feel deep virtigo in head even while lying down in bed im completely frustrated not understand wat problm is ths wit my head is it neuro problem or orthopaedic or spine or weakness wat is ths please help doctors Cnt go outside m scared of corona M getting vertigo on daily basis while waking n lying in bed, even while chngin head position from right to left Please suggest n help
