Headache for almost over  a week now.
Hi , I was vaccinated with  covishield on 30th April. It's almost 9 days now and I still have headaches. What could be the possible reason ? I was taking paracetamol for 3-4 days but I have stopped taking taking them now and I am a little concerned about this. Kindly advise

Headache, body aches, fever can be there for 3-4 days, sometime longer. I suggest you inform the vaccine helpline. Also contact a doctor locally for physical examination followed by scan if needed.

Looks more of nerves issue and stress. Avoid stress and start regular relaxation therapy like deep breathing exercises. Daily walks and eat healthy diet with more veggies and fruits. No electronic devices and mobile especially at night before bedtime. Pranayama. If issue persists then consult
