Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor, yesterday for the first time in the morning my left eye twitching was happening and I kept ignoring and was working continuously on laptop because it was office time. In the evening all of a sudden my left eyelid became closed and in my right eye I could see my mouth was deviated towards the left angle. I got scared looking at mirror. I tried opening my left eye it wasn't opening after 30 seconds it opened and my mouth came back to symmetry. Touchwood luckily it got resolved on its own. Don't know what happened. I am 27 years old had previous migraine issues occuring rare. Never on medication. Have taken VitaminB6 and Vitamin B12 this morning and also Magnesium Tablets. My vision is fine and everything is fine. I do wear Specs too. Was it a short paralytic attack or a mini stroke ? Don't know what is it. Can somebody explain and I can book in for consultation.

Almost from 10 days Sudden numbness in the whole body usually at night while sleeping.. And also early morning or anytime if it is...thyroid report is normal..takng ccm tablet from 2 days, dr suggested it for calcium deficiency.. But still the problem is more.. Can u plz suggest why is this problem and whom to consult??

Last night I suffered with a severe headache which lasts for more than 6hrs I slept for only 30min which is not allowed toe sleep bcs of pain

Hi I am 24 and am fairly smart. However recently I'm forgetting things , and cannot say the words I feel like saying , I know what it is but the word doesn't come to me for a few seconds , I also jumble up my words recently also sometimes forgetting flushing the toilet , etc . Hello, i have headache problem. Sometime it happens in left or right side. I feel pain in my ear to eyes from this. Sometime it stayed more than 1 days( it happens rarely BTW). I can not sleep or do my daily work when i have these headaches. Whenever i am in noisy place or when i have workload in office, i got this headache. Please suggest .

I get severe headache both sides. 2-3 days it pains on my leftside. Then it starts on rightside. Feel very weak in eyes. Back neck also pains. This problem i am facing from many years. In April 2020 periods stopped.
