How to manage Typhoid & a suspected case of Lupus. Widal test shows Typhoid present. Rheumatologist suspects Lupus or something else due to antibiotics. What is it really? And if it is Lupus flare up then how to manage it? Symptoms are pain in head, eyes, lower back, hips and swelling in ankles was there earlier.

Today in the morning, while sleeping I heard someone is trying to say something to me, I tried to open my eyes and mouth, tried to move my legs and hands but not able to. My child suddenly started moving his eyes (rolling) and head either sides with a blink in past 3 days. It is on and off throughout the day.
