Brain and Spine Problems

I had an accident where I fell down from scooty and my head got badly hitted and I got injured.Then immediately I went to hospital and there I was ask to do mri.My report is enclosed. I would like to know whether my mri report is ok or not.please suggest.

For the past 6 months I feel like falling down while walking or standing. It was mild earlier and now it's bit more significant. Consulted ent and took tablets like vertin. But no cure. Took brain scan too  all normal   Whom to check further

I am suffering from light headache throughout the day from last 30 odd days...my blood and urine sample got tested and every thing is normal in the report...I have also tested my eyes and its totally fine...what should I do next?

Having headache since past 7 years. Pain starts anytime without warning, starts from around the eyes of one side then spreads on top of the head and stays from anywhere between 4 hours to 3 days. And during the pain its aggravated by physical activity and don't like light or sounds. There's also scalp tenderness at top of the head and remains at all times.

Post covid I am facing several health issue. Sleeplessness ,shaking, lightheadedness, rapid heartbeat was thr. Acidity. How can I get rid of this.

My husband is post covid patient.His feets are swelling and his bp and sugar are getting very low.On advice oulf our local doctor we did NCV and EMG tests,i want to show the reports to any doctor to know further medication .
