My mother uses headset tablet whenever she gets migraine headache . She has taken covishield vaccine yesterday. Now she is suffering from migraine. Can she use headset tablet now. Will it dangerous to use after vaccine or is it ok. As she is not getting relief from migraine pain with paracetamol

It's been a month,it all started with a Severe headache as if a sinus or migrane then third day it was gone followed by blurred vision near is more blurry, my vertebra, bone at the back of neck stony and paining as I lower my head. This has led to unbalanced walk, unsteady seems I will fall. This situation is always there. I have thyroid TSH is 8.81 since 3 years, adenomyosis diagnosed last year, slightly high Cholestrol diagnosed few weeks ago and 10.02 haemoglobin I am taking iron tablets and calcium D3 too. Thyroxine 50 MCG. Please suggest a remedy for this problem as I feel less confident as I have a feeling I will fall if I start walking. This neck bone at the back is giving trouble it's too hard and stone like. Is it a cervical it spondylitis kindly suggest me.
