Brain and Spine Problems

Hello  Doctor, Please resolve this issue I don't understand why do I have more noticeable and painful bone at the back of my neck which has become hard which seems to give pressure to my head, therefore whole day my head spins, I feel blurred vision, and motion becomes unstable as if I will fall. I get disoriented and lack of concentration because of an unsteady walk. I do have thyroid as 8.81 and deficiency of iron and calcium so taking tablets to tackle this. My haemoglobin is 10.02. Most of the time I feel foggy and heavy headed , today unstable to walk. Please help as I am in teaching line, can't stand and give lectures , the whole world seems upside down . Please guide what is required to be done.

Iam suffering with since last 5days. When it's come iam using Naprosyn 500mg tab. When the tablet power down headache will start again.

Hi team, Jumping straight to question Quicobal strip( took for 30 days) replaced by Benfomet forte ( taking from last 4 days) From last 3 days patient is felling weakness can we change tablet and give her Quicobal again? 1) Is this need Immediate attention in consulting docter? Or we have followup after 15 days is it fine to go after a week if this continues? 2)  Patient is doing  bit house hold work is it fine or not to do soo? 3) can she take other tablets for fever along with her normal medicine.? Two days ago due to dizziness had fallen straight to floor got bump in head and nose. Now feeling headache, head spinning and fever.

Sir I am from Assam past few days I have a feeling of burning in the fingers of my both feets as if I have rubed green chilli on them, pl ASE help I am worried why it's happening.

Some times of the day, my whole right side feels slightly weak. Did a brain scan, everything looked normal. This happened after I was continuously going to the gym and had once slightly sprained my neck doing crunches. I had a panic attack one day, and after that, this one sided weakness has been a recurring thing. It is very mild and almost unnoticeable when I'm distracted with other things.

I have juvenile myoclonic epilepsy. I take VALPARIN CHRONO 200 twice a day. I just wanted to know if it's safe to take this medicine after eating fruits especially bananas ???
