Brain and Spine Problems

My mom having headache and fever(since today)i have given her saridon , What meds. Should i give her,and what she can eat..

Today in the morning, while sleeping I heard someone is trying to say something to me, I tried to open my eyes and mouth, tried to move my legs and hands but not able to. In simple words, I wasn't able to move my body. After few seconds I woke up from my sleep and were able to move my body. It happened third time in three years. It was so scary. I am taking proper 7-8 hours of sleep every day. What is the cause of sleep paralysis? What should I do?

I have ibs c arround one year due to nervous system weak. Sleep is poor after taking meloset 3 mg.Motion not come on time. I am taking becozime c forte twice with mecofol od once and nexito. In allopathy is there any mediciné like gold brahmi to improve nervous system.

My child suddenly started moving his eyes (rolling) and head either sides with a blink in past 3 days. It is on and off throughout the day. In morning when he wakes up look little better but later day we observe more. When I ask him to look at me and count he is able to control his head. We went for eye test in which retina looks fine.

What could cause all this. I work in night shifts. Doc told me to take Ricofast plus but shivering didnt stop in left arm whole night. The head seems too heavy the back side. Is it a kind of stroke or could be due to stress and anxiety. Please help. The head is still like a big stone is kept at the back side. Pricking sensation in hands.

Since last 4 days i am having a twitch or tremor like shaking of my thumb specially. And as per my observation its frequency is increasing . What should I do??
