Brain and Spine Problems

Sir I barely sleep 2-3 in night I am not able to sleep in whole night And I have this problem from 5 months

Hi, I had little pain on one side of temple. However, while chewing something yesterday, pain got elevated. Pain is continuous and is like in the form of pencil/pen concentration. Tried nimusulide medicine after 12 hrs of pain but no effect.

2months back i am diagnosed with vestibular migrane at present i am not using any medicines from few days onwards i have weakness in arms and legs and mild co ordination difficulty and vision has some small zig zag lines are appearing sometimes and also some neck stiffness due to that difficulty to walk during  down my head and sometimes feels like boat and pressure in my back of my head please suggest any.. And also i am planning to take covishield on monday is it safe to take? Attaching CT brain report and MRI of c spine

My right superior cerebeller artery is contact with right trigeminal nerve.So I have pain in my right jaw but I also pain in my left upper teeth what reason behind it?what can I do?

I have been taking Zeptol CR 400 MG. My doctor has suggested with regular consultation the dosage can be gradually reduced along with the symptoms.

Sir it's feeling numb in centre of forehead,some time centre of back head......also diziness some time.Ans also feeling of head will be burst.Y these type of issue arise.m also taking all medicine given by u.
