Brain and Spine Problems

I get shaky feeling inside my body sometimes which leave me weak , lighthead and suffocated for some time. is it related to anything to neurology. i had a history of drinking and daily smoking. inhave stooped 2 months back. can it be nicotine withdrawal symptoms? want help here!

My father got brain haemorrhage in 2016, he got cranialtomy. After that he got brain bleeding 3 times and these happemed after resuming of ecospiring 37.5 dose o.d. dose. My father bp is always 110/75 due to low lvef 38 but i noticed it 160/90 around the near moments of bleeding... Me and my doc still not at any conclusion that what is the reason of recurrent bleeding

I did weighted squats and post that i amnin pain from  right lower hip to  right leg. Kindly suggest treatment

Hb1ac normal vitb12 label normal vitd3 label are normal but I suffering burning sensation in foot in night last 8 year all vitamins supplement take long term but no relief now before 2year a neurologist prescribed me tab pregabalin75mg or tab amitriptyline 25mg or tab primapax 0.5mg all 1tab hs. Daily  when I stop this medicines the problem as it is. now my question is that kya ye medicine mujhe all life leni padegi kya karna chahiye.

Can JME patient taking medicine daily go for overy cyst Seegery.Medicine taken twice in a day. Lesion cyst found near overy.

May I know the timings for the Tab PGA M MY doctor said that take it in the afternoon but It effects on me like sleepiness Can I take it at night time?

My father B.P. usually 110/75 due to low lvef but i noticed it 165/90 around the days of bleeding. Doc said doubtly artery become dilated. But me and my doc still not at any conclusion that what is the reason behind recurrent bleeding. His platlet is normal.

Dear sir After 8 hours sleep i am feeling sleepy tiredness, low energy from 8 years. Blood test, thyroid test and sugar test are normal. Morning feeling little hedache. After doing small work feeling tired sleepy. Recently consulted psychiatrist, nuerologist they say everything is normal. Recently consulted ENT doctor he says DNS,Parasinusits. I consulted 20 hospitals but problem not solved. May I know exact causes and kindly suggest

Am facing left hand and left leg numbness whenever am lying on bed. Am facing this issue for past six months. Doctor has prescribed Pregamec forte tablet for this issue before six months. Its almost six months am taking this tablet. After taking this tablet am not facing this issue much. This tablet helped me for this issue. Since am in hometown, am not able to consult that doctor which i supposed to visit him in january. In between, i stopped that tablet for few days and checked whether am facing that issue or not. After stopped that tablet, again i was facing numbness issue. Hence i started to take again. Please advise whether it is safe to continue this tablet for a long period. For how long is it advisable to take this tablet continuously? I took Brain MRI and Cervical Spine MRI, Nerve Conduction test, Sugar and Thyroid. Everything is Normal. Do I need to take any other test?

I am having continuous pain in right leg radiating to ankle.And pain in right side of back.MRI report is attached please advise. Thanks and regards.
