Brain and Spine Problems

Sir, My old age mother Is having right leg pain, doctor has advised Gabapentin and nortypthiline, etoxib 90 and calcium. After taking medication, pain is gone for some time but return back after the effect of medicine is over. It has been 4 yrs for the pain  also the weakness in leg with swelling. Hardly able to walk Pls advise

Dear sir/ madam My son has been slapped by some one on his head due to that there is a pain and tingling on head..We had given him : Fenak plus tab ..oflaxicin 200 mg.. Doloplus tab and his skull ap xray is normal.. Attaching the film below please suggest the medicine for this concern.. Weight of the child is 45 kg... Thanks in advance🙏

Iam not able to sleep enough , only 4-5 hrs a day . I sleep at 10 and get up at 4 am , always feel that i have not slept enough

Dr. Earlier I used to have an extraordinary memory power, I could remember almost everything that happened to me or I wanted to remember word by word but from 4-5 months or even earlier there is a drastic decrease in my memory power I am not able to recall even the things that happened or that I learned few minutes ago. I don't find it difficult to understand the things but the issue is that I can't remember them. 2 months ago I somehow convinced my parents for a check up from psychiatrist who examined me and prescribed medication but they worked only for shortterm. He treated me for anxiety and stress. (After my class 10 I had many aspirations I was supposed to prepare for IIT in a coaching, in my 10th boards I was the topper of my school but covid 19 spoiled everything I wasn't admitted in a coaching rather I was admitted in a school which doesn't teach well)maybe it could help.Please help me doctor Im helpless and not in the situation to even concult a neurologist or a psychiatrist.

My dad who is aged 63years old was tested positive for COVID and had mild symptoms and all his tests were normal and good. Except the fact he had Sodium level of 116. Now he isn't able to walk or respond properly. Can I kno the cause and cure for this condition?

On 28 april night he was not able to open his eyes and kind of unconscious so we admitted him to a hospital now he conscious but talk unnecessary things and not able to move his legs doctor did MRI but it was fine and he did lumber puncture test His corona report is negative
