Brain and Spine Problems

Dears Doctors , My son aged 7 while playing, falls on back head . Some swelling is there and he vomitted 2-3 times after that in period of 4 hours. Vomitting is mainly after he ate or drink something. He also experience some pain. Please guide.

When I am studying for a while by sitting and then want to stand up , I am facing sudden blackout... yesterday I checked my pressure and it was 100/65...besides it l am also facing burning sensation under my feet, what can be the reason ?

Recently my father had a brain stroke on 13th of April 2021, and after that there was slight vision loss, almost 80% hearing and speech loss, he was not able to understand or respond,we took him in emergency where his CT scan, ECG and other tests were done, after all the test done doctor told there is blood clotting in his brain, and also my father is a diabetic and after all this checkup we found he had hypertension too, so the doctor prescribed Metformin twice a day Atorvastatin 40mg once,Dilsprin-75 once, glimepride before breakfast telma 40(teimisartan tablet) once, and Naxdom 500 if he has pain, we brought him back to home the next morning as per doctor advice, he was recovering well and after 3-4 days we felt he has recovered almost,now since 2 days he has a lot of pain in his head and there are some changes in his left eye, I mean swelling and when ever we give him Naxdom he feels relax for some time but again after some time pain continues, please suggest what shall I do now,

My 11 year old  daughter was prescribed 2.5ml of Encorate surup after EEG Test bylocal neurologist.She has taken syrup from 13.02.2020  till recent date. Dueto a sudden incident she coulnot take the syup for one month.Now  can she  continue from tomorraw. Please  clarif Low self esteem,high guilty conscious. Now laughing to her self weeping without reason. Says somebody is trying to kill her.Lost her father two years back and has self blaming reason Being only child knows no sharing . Sees enemy in all.Threatens of suicide.Please suggest best proactive measures?

From few days facing sensation and Pain on Arm pit rib near chest and Back side of shoulder. Little sensation with some time feel like current shocks in the areas. Normal working is ok but feel pain with spill when lay more than 10 minutes Consulting with neurology and General physician. But every one said it's ok and gives medicine. But when ever I slept on the same side pain gets started. On Rib and muscle there is no problem until unless if I can't move. Already Taking B12 and Vitamin D

Having mild headaches back of my head since last 10-15days. It relieves after taking paracetamol but come back after some days. Also noticed my BP is low since morning 97/68. Please suggest.

Hi I am facing continous headache from almost 12 hrs.I have not taken Ani medicine.Normally I work on computer fot for 8-9 hrs. Headache it's very painful initially it started with complete headache after few hrs it is paining in one side(left) pain. Please assist .

My father aged 68 years met with an accident 7 months ago ...he sustained brain injury with a 7mm clot in the brain and spinal cord injury...he is currently doing physiotherapy , as his left hand is not functioning...I have a doubt...can he put Corona vaccinee( COVAXIN) now???...will it create any side effects for my father??...I am very much scared as it will cause any complications for my father,as he had sustained serious injuries during accident...Suppose If he can put the vaccine means,can he take medicines prescribed for his brain and nerve pain???pls pls kindly reply for all my doubts...I am also scared if he will get Corona without putting vaccination...

In my body , all my nerves shaking, its like a termor , i also getting bleeding from nose and anus, i feel pain in my legs too, my nerves is shaking in a continue basis , sometimes i got stomach ache too
