I was  on a course of migrabeta tr 40 one tablet in morning, topinor 25 one in morning and two at night and one Amitryn 10 tablet at 7.30 pm. But now the doc is unavailable as he himself is ill with corona. So I don't understand whether I should continue with the dosage or stop it or lower the dose or do what. Pls guide.
