Hi , I need medical opinion based on the discharge summary attached. Here my Grandfather is not physically and mentally well. But I need more clarification from the medical report attached. My right superior cerebeller artery is contact with right trigeminal nerve.So I have pain in my right jaw but I also pain in my left upper teeth what reason behind it?what can I do?

I have been taking Zeptol CR 400 MG. My doctor has suggested with regular consultation the dosage can be gradually reduced along with the symptoms.

After getting vaccinated on 16 april my father got fever on 24th April we took the medicine from a doctor and he gave two injection to him after that his situation started worsening he was not able to walk it got such bad he stopped talking so we admitted in a hospital and now MRI report says Multifocal t2/flair hyperintensties seen in bilateral periventicular and subcortical white matter likely chronic microangiopathic changes And now his situation is that he is not speaking and not able to recognise us

My father got a minor paralysis attack on 10th April ; we went gwalior to Dr.S.N. Ayangar; he saw my father and gave some medicine for 20 days and told us to come after 20 days. Now 20 days are over and we found that dr. Is not attending patients due to covid-19. So i need a good doctor who can consult me about my father. Hope I'll get one . Thank u.

Sir Since more than 10 days dad is having weaknes and later on it was shown negative result in antigen and RT PCR, CT scan shown severity score of 10/25. And infection of 25%, DAD also have Diabetics, HIGH B.P., Kidney related problem begin in Feb 2021 where creatinine shot up to 1.9. And now on 30 April it's 3.0 level of creatine. TODAY morning pulse rate rise to 175/min. However he is in ICU right now oxygen le ek is 90-94 and yesterday it was 95-99. Here doctor told that there is early sign of paralysis near right eye. And problem in eye. Fews days before he told he has certain pain near throat or tonsil region. Please help me out what decioshould I take.
