Getting sudden electric shock like feel
Hi,
My sister is getting sudden electric shock feeling in one of her legs. She sits all day for work as is a software engineer. This is happening since work from home has started. She was fine before. Please suggest remedy.

Sudden pain in leg for short duration is most probably because of a particular position for long terms Please ask her to change frequently sitting position and also she should try meditation. Medicine is not a good choice at this age.proper evaluation and diagnosis is the key.
