Headache in left side
I have pain in left side of the headache since a month when I wake up, it subsides after some time but off and on I experience it. This pain goes on to left side of the body sometimes  till left wrist. I have history of migraine. Since last year I am diagnosed with tinnitus in my left ear.

There are two possibility 1. As you said that you are know case of Migraine,  may be now you have exaggerated experience of same pathology. Tinnitus should be evaluated separately clinicaly. 2. Tinnitus with head ache should consider a different  entity and evaluate accordingly
