Hii um feeling some buring pain in under neck. And some cracking sound coming in my lefte ears also it's very irritating.

Decrease mobile use. Keep proper neck posture. Do regular neck muscle exercises.try tab trigabantin 100 at bedtime for 10 days.consult if it persists.
