How to manage rls during initial stage
I have very recently started to experience rls every time I try to sleep in the night. It's getting more and more uncomfortable by the day. Is it because my periods are heavy and my body lacks iron or how do I manage this on an everyday basis? I'm finding it hard to sleep and the next day is really difficult and tiring. Please help!
