RLS Signs ?
Hello doctor, i am having odd sensations in both foot , like mini vibrations/palpitations kind off but i feel no urge to move legs but instead i have to keep on twisting my foot fingers to get some relief,this happens in night at time of sleep, does it appear to be RLS ???

Maybe RLS but unlikely. More common is vitamin and mineral deficiency that's contributing to your symptoms.
