I am suffering from odd sensations in both foot all fingers, basically it feel like lightness and shock kind of sensations and i have to keep on move all my fingers to get some relief but it continues, only happens when i sit or lie down.

You are talking about hands? If this has been going on for few months then need to get evaluated. Also depends on your hob profile. Looks as nerve issue.
