Rls & melatonin
Hello Doctor, is it true that melatonin aggravates rls symptoms ??? I usually take 3 mg every alternative day for sleep issues but then i don't want to make my rls symptoms bad.

Melatonin inhibits secretion of dopamine and therefore make RLS worse. Melatonin is not recommended for long term use. Consider vitamin D supplements for RLS relief.
