Hello Doctor, i suffer from idiopathic RLS but have constant twitching sensations in my both foot especially in evening but sometimes at lighter intensity in daytime as well, i have been told its due to rls only but i don't read it being one of the symptoms in Rls, who should I believe? 😳

That is known that symptoms of RLS can carry over the day time in some cases. Consider compression socks and supplement with iron magnesium and vitamin D and C
