Hello I've been having a sensation of twitching when I lay down over my hips and back but the sensation is not present when standing, it's not visible but I can feel it when I lay down also it goes away after some times but there is no issue in walking running or performing sit ups. Sometimes I also get facial twitching. What can it be?

These can be muscle twitches. You need to be examined by a neurologist and an detailed evaluation needs to be done. Few times it may be stress related and dehydration also. Few lifestyle modifications might help you.
