My father has been tested spinal tb 2 weeks back and is taking regular medicines with rich diet, my query is that in how many days will the fever stop occuring ?

Hello doc, 2 years back I got severe neck pain I consulted neurologist he advised mri and he said it is cervical spondylitis after that again I consulted orthopedic for similar problem he examined previous mri and he said there's no cervical spondylitis. Again am suffering with one side headache, neck pain and dizziness. I recently diagnosed with diabetes my hba1c is 7 and am not using any medication for that. I used to travel 50km to office and work is on the computer. Is this due to cervical problem or due to my diabetic condition??? Please help and suggest to whom should I consult???
