Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Sir, I had met with head injury 15yrs back had to go through major brain surgery after surgery 2-3 blood clots were seen in MRI scan then I had no smell and lack of orientation in right toe fingers, I had been told by doctors then that blood clots would go  eventually since then I haven't done any scan as I don't have any problems my right leg orientation has been recovered gradually I have at times problem with smell as I cannot smell mild I mean very light smell otherwise I am doing just fine. Thank god My question is with current scare of blood clots associated with covishield vaccine am I more prone to blood clots as I have a history for the same and whether it would be advisable to wait for Sputnik, Pfizer, vaccines to arrive as there are no side effects of blood clots associated with these vaccines. Dear sir/madam, I am feeling burning sensation (heat) on the back when i lay down as well as while sitting on the chair touching my back.. If i lying on bores i feel the same burning sensation in my chest area (in lungs area) especially... I have consulted a general physician and he has given some medicine which includes vitamin D, calcium and folic acid tablets.. Those have not cured my problem.. Due to this  feeling difficulty to fall asleep.. And i am suffering from insomnia over three months... How can i diagnose my problem.. Please help me to get rid of this problem...
