Brain and Spine Problems

I have migraines from the past 7-8 years.I feel tired all the time and my body aches all the time. I Sometimes get dizzy when I stand up. I even have stomach bloating. I did citi and MRI scan for my head and the reports were normal. I recently found out that I have a huge gap between my C1-C2 in my neck and because of that I am having these problems. I  just wanted to know what I need to do next and what kind of treatments are available in India right now.

Baby Girl was born on 4th March. On term delivery. Birth weight 2.5 kg: she had neonatal strokeMRi said blockage in Right side brain vain. MRI Angio suggested right side vains are smaller than left side. EEG was normal at 10 days age but EEG at 5 weeks had small discharge. Gardinal(1.5 ml BD and Levera 0.5 ml BD) is prescribed by doctor. What should we do to minimise their side effect. Currently 2 month old and weight is 4.6 kg. How long can these be continued.

My father has diabetes n BP, from last 2-3months it's very difficult for him to move his body while stepping out from bed (Like to move his lower body) whenever he eats he automatically deviates to left side, excessive saliva passes, back pain, swelling in legs (only if he walks in shoes, now he is at home so no swelling) Don't know the exact issue..consulted ortho as well, some are saying ortho prblm , ortho dr said saliva n deviation is neurological disorder. He has taken so many pills till now nothing worked out.. Also wanted to know is it age effect as he is 62, or anything serious?

From last 2 months her head is spinning specially after taking breakfast. She have a problem of Gastrointestinal also for that treatment is going on. Please could you tell why her head is spinning.

From today's morning my hands are shaking little bit and I really concerned about it. Is it normal or is there something else?

My kid complains of very very mild headache daily and the headache lasts for only 5-10 minutes.she complains daily for 3-4 times.no other symptoms.she is active.headache doesn't disturb her daily activity

I'm not able to take complete breath after trying to breathe for 3-4 times I can breathe properly. I don't have any other symptoms and I get tierd because of this and I will not be able to concentrate on anything.

From some Few days My father feels somtimes that their right side of the body become not working...and he also not able to memorize many things.He forget the things again and again.And My father cannot see clearly from right side of the eye..What kind of problem is this..what should I do now?

I have received covaxin on 17/04/2021 4days after ,I have burning sensation in feet and nbness in legs .what is the cause? Is it came from vaccine? Can l take 2nd dose? What is the solution for this problem? Thank u sir
