Brain and Spine Problems

I am having headache from 5 days in the front part of head and side of head. I am applying balm to cure it. I think it is from tension but i am not sure. Headache is causing me disturbance while doing any kind of work. Consult me a medicine and reason why it's happening.

I am feeling intermittent pointed pulse like head ache in lateral part of forehead. The sharp pain occurs few second then disappear. Then occurs after some time. What should i do right now? It occurs from last 2 days

Headache start slowly and then after sometime it starts paining so much, sometimes it feels like vomiting also. And at that time cannot bear music at all.

Brain stroke patient's right side leg not work properly and also difficult to talk with someone he was also fall 2-3 times on floor

Last night when ever i stood up left the back of my head jammed and ears blocked.. had constant shivering in left arm and felt pins and needles in body..with body ache shortness of breath at times..chills..heaviness in back of head still there.. weakness in body... What could cause all this. I work in night shifts. Doc told me to take Ricofast plus but shivering didnt stop in left arm whole night. The head seems too heavy the back side. Is it a kind of stroke or could be due to stress and anxiety. Please help. The head is still like a big stone is kept at the back side. Pricking sensation in hands.

Since last 4 days i am having a twitch or tremor like shaking of my thumb specially. And as per my observation its frequency is increasing . What should I do??

Hii, I need a big help, Pls I get this recurring headaches every week be it whatever it's been years every week I'm getting this headache. Sometimes I feel death is easier then this recurring headaches. Yes I have braces but these headaches were before them. Yes I have correct eye glasses too. Pls I don't understand why and pls I want to kill these headaches I'm done with this life if I continue to have these headaches. My wife aged 32, currently experiencing pricking pain in heels when rubbed anywhere( when scratching/rubbing on hands or legs or face). She is experiencing this for the past 2 weeks. Sometimes she is getting pricking pain on heels when walking also. Can you please advice which specialist doctor to consult.

Hello doctors, kindly attached the MRI scan report of my mother. She has slippef disc. Doctor instructed for surgery, however, she is suffering a lot of pain in one of the leg below hip. Kindly guide what to do. He had given some meds for like flexon etc for pain relief (that I have also attached). Can someone plz guide for the pain as well. Also, alternative treatment of any such as ayurveda, physiotherapy. Thanks
