Brain and Spine Problems

Doctor, this is arun kumar, doing a part time job, and preparing for UPSC ESE 2022, but unfortunately I am having sleeping problem from quiet a few days, I am unable to sleep till the morning then I fall into sleep roughly at 6 and wake up in the afternoons, because of which m unable to manage my work and preparation, just losing concentration, feeling demotivational and sick please help me out with this sir

Hii um feeling some buring pain in under neck. And some cracking sound coming in my lefte ears also it's very irritating.

My sister has disturbed her mind due to a lot tensions. She has started quarrelling to neighbours. She wakes up early in the morning and talks unnecessary to neighbours and thus situation got uncontrolled. If I made you understand of this problem then please suggest me medication and a good doctor for online consultation to treat this problem.

I am an epileptic patient ...Suffering from epilepsy from the last 6 years .Though i am under medication and there comes the twist .In my case , Dr has given me the course of 3 yrs ..After completing three years ,i was totally fine ..but suddenly after 6 months i got fit (last 2017) . Then again Doctor again gave me that 3 yrs course to complete .When i have completed the course and went to his chamber , he was not there ( Because of his old aged he went under treatment nd maybe after sometimes he passed away) ... Point is -My course was for 3 yrs ..Now its been long 4 years i am continuing my medicine ..Though i have no fits from the last 3 yrs ..so what should i do?

First time I got such headache was in july last year, I was prescribed migrane meds & antidepressant. Now in April it got triggered again due to stress & will persist till one month I suppose. I need treatment (so that I can sleep) but UNAVAILABLE to book an appointment as doctors are not available online on practo.

I cant get more than 4 hours of sleep from almost a week now and its affecting my daily chores i am having difficulty concentrating and experiencing fatigue idk if thats insomnia or not and also which specialised doctor to contact.

Sometimes i feel a bubbling/sizzling like sensation in my head, it feels like some reaction is happening in brain similar to sound when a water is splashed on a hot tawa and a sizzling happens. It does not happens everyday but happens most of the day specially when i woke up in the morning. It happens sometimes other time of the day as well, but i think it never happens at night. I know this sound a little weird but this is what it is. It happened now also when i am writing this at 8:57 AM when i just woke up 15 min ago.

I have numbness in my both palm and fingers. Whenever I try to lower my neck I feel a current pass through my spine.treatment from neurologist is still going on but there is relief.

My aunt fell down suddenly while cooking as she lost consciousness. Her blood test was done everything seems ok for now. The back of her head has scratched and it pains on touch. Also, she says tere seems to be pain from inside a little bit. She stays alone with her daughter. What can be done next. Need some suggestions.

Ihave been suffering from siezure disorder for the past 16 yrs. I have been taking tablet Oxetol 300 twice a day and Eptoin 300 ER once a day. Suggest me some good medication.
