Headache related to migraine
Since last 1 year my husband who is 37 suffering from headache.When he consulted the doctor,after doing various tests doc told it migraine. Now he is on medication of migraine but having trouble in sleeping mostly at night .What should be done and what is the best treatment for migraine?

There is no one treatment for migraine. Depends on person, duration and type of migraine. Start doing regular exercises and walks. Meditation for. 20 min. Avoid electronic devices and mobile especially at night before sleeping. Sos painkillers
