Brain and Spine Problems

Dr. Earlier I used to have an extraordinary memory power, I could remember almost everything that happened to me or I wanted to remember word by word but from 4-5 months or even earlier there is a drastic decrease in my memory power I am not able to recall even the things that happened or that I learned few minutes ago. I don't find it difficult to understand the things but the issue is that I can't remember them. 2 months ago I somehow convinced my parents for a check up from psychiatrist who examined me and prescribed medication but they worked only for shortterm. He treated me for anxiety and stress. (After my class 10 I had many aspirations I was supposed to prepare for IIT in a coaching, in my 10th boards I was the topper of my school but covid 19 spoiled everything I wasn't admitted in a coaching rather I was admitted in a school which doesn't teach well)maybe it could help.Please help me doctor Im helpless and not in the situation to even concult a neurologist or a psychiatrist.

My dad who is aged 63years old was tested positive for COVID and had mild symptoms and all his tests were normal and good. Except the fact he had Sodium level of 116. Now he isn't able to walk or respond properly. Can I kno the cause and cure for this condition?

What tests should be done for gbs how can we assure that it is gbs because patient mri is fine and lumber puncture report are these

Good evening sir मेरा नाम कंचन है मैं बालोद Chhattisgarh से हू मेरे पिता जी  का दिमाग का हालत ठीक नहीं  है  sir उनकी हालत बहोत खराब हो रहा है रोज मार पीट और अपनेआप बडबडाते रहते है  और कई बार घर से भाग जाते है और दो तीन दिन तक वापस नहीं आते है हमने Chhattisgarh के  कई hospital में दिखा चुके है लेकिन कुछ दिनों के लिए ठीक होते है फिर पहले जैसे हो जाते है अब हम उनके ईलाज के लिए पैसा affort नही कर पा रहे है sir please help me

Hello Doctors, Is anyone here aware about Parosmia? Need some detail conversation and consultation about it.

My father got vaccinated on 16 april. On 24 April he felt fever and in night it got worse so we took him to a doctor fever cooled down but his condition started worsening. His legs started to weak. On 28 april night he was not able to open his eyes and kind of unconscious so we admitted him to a hospital now he conscious but talk unnecessary things and not able to move his legs doctor did MRI but it was fine and he did lumber puncture test His corona report is negative

My father had stoke 10 years back, he took medical help and he is fine now. But till now he is consuming tablet(Clopitorva-10) for that. He has thyroid(Thyrox-100) and blood pressure(Losartar-50) also. And consuming Tablet for that too. Currently is it safe to take covid shield or covaxine Vaccine?

On 30th april he noticed something changed on his face while brushing the teeth patr we checked n found that his lips are moved and smile is changed little bit. He can eat, talk normally but face is turns one side also he can't taste from one side. We contacted doctor online (due to covid)  she gave medicine for 10 days today is the 6th day yet no improvement and I'm warry. Pls advise.

I am having oversleep, I am feeling like I need more sleep meanwhile feeling tired and lazy all the day, I am already doing meditation and yoga but still it's happening and I am a student and preparing for UPSC , please suggest me better...

नमस्कार सर सर मेरे को 2 सप्ताह से सर दर्द हो रहा ह अचानक से चुभन सी लगती ह जब सर दर्द होता है तो सिर के दोनो तरफ की नस तेज तेज पंप करने लगती है जैसे दिल करता है ये दर्द मेरे को सुबह उठते ही शुरू हो जाता ह कभी ऐसा लगता है की दाई तरफ दर्द ह तो कभी बाई तरफ महसूस होता ह कभी दाई तरफ की आख के पास महसूस होता ह कभी बाई तरफ कभी पीछे तो कभी आगे कभी कभी लगता है सब ठीक है पर थोड़ी देर बाद दुबारा होने लगता ह ऐसा ही Plz हेल्प me
