Severe headache
I am 27 year old I am having consistent headache, upper back pain.I also had depression, anxiety, mood swings, severe stress issues earlier but these things are better now. Because of pain   I take pain killers like saridon or  Nimudec frequently. I am worried about impact of this on my liver as I have issue of loss of appetite and yellow urine. Please suggest solutions for: 1) Hedache and upper back pain 2) how to care of liver Thanks.

You need medication and lifestyle modifications otherwise this will become chronic migraine. Start regular exercises and meditation. Avoid electronic devices and mobile phone especially during night before bedtime. Eat more veggies in diet and fresh fruits.

Need to assess the cause of your headache . Your may need to change your medication accordingly as frequent usage of current medication is not advisable.
