Good evening. I recently under went total hip replacement surgery. Post surgery physiotherapy has done for 2 months for strengthen the legs. Still I could not walk or balance properly and my Physio is saying that it might be a problem in your spinal cord or cervical. But I don't have any back or neck pain. Please suggest me what to do. Waiting for your valuable suggestion.

Well were you able to bear weight and maintain balance before the surgery? It could also be a complication or sequale of the hip surgery. A spinal lesion can be ruled out with an mri. You have provided limited information, more information is required before commenting further.
