Brain and Spine Problems

I have a headache from last 2 3 months and I have some Problem with mine face twist is from last 2 days but i have done all mine reports are normal please help me out dr I am scared i can be stroke or something

Hi I am having blurred vision and mild purple nails.i feel like I am going to faint Full body blood test report is normal Ferritin level is 22 Echocardiography report is normal Abdomen report is also normal Apart from this , I feel neck pain that goes to back of head and post nasal drip problem also Why it is happening?

Schmorl's nodes with reactive marrow oedema in the adjoining endplate region of L2 & L3  vertebral bodies Posterior disk bulges L2-3 -4-5-S1 levels causing indentation of thecal sac and encroaching on bilateral neural foramina. Having less sensation on left leg.

A tingling sensation, nerve is having some issue..attached is the NCV test report. Please advice what to do next?
