Brain and Spine Problems

Sir, On 13.08.2021 I have received 2nd of covishield vaccine. From that day I have back pain at lower part of back. I don't have fever or anything else. Pain moved from left side to right side... Please advice me. Can it be transverse myelitis ?

There is a weakness type pain from a few days in my sole of feet with a stinging tingling feeling. And also in fingers and palm and toes. I have cervical sondolytis and loss of cervical lordosis. Can this be the reason cause i have constand pain in neck sides and shoulders and hip.

There is twitching in my upper lips middle from 2 days. Not constantly once in a day sometime. It twitches fast. I have neck pain and cervical problem. My face and neck muscle pulls. Xan this be due to it or some other cause?

I am having migraine from almost 4 years and i hve observed that due to this i am not able to sleep. As in i want to sleep but even though i don't have pain in head but then also whole night passes and i am unable to sleep. From 3 nights i am having the same problem i am unable to sleep , whole night is just passing by opening eyes, i want to sleep but then also i am unable to sleep. Please suggest some medicines that help me in this regard and due to this my whole gets hampered and i am unable to study. Please help me with good medications and suggestions.

Have headche due to heat, stress, and tension of any think even if i think deeply then have headche in right or left side of head near above the ear.

Hi Sir , I normally sleep very less(3 am to 9:30 am) but for last 2-3 days I wake up early at morning like 7 am after that I am not able to sleep, If I try I get headache an after that not feeling well for whole day
