I had covid 4 months back and then anxiety issues. Had anxiety medicine for a month. Currently having dizziness and weakness for last 30 days. Though I can exercise without any difficulty. Feels like always something whirling in brain. Should I get MRI scan done or some specific medicine can fix this?

I had covid in April month and had post covid complications as well. Last month I had anxiety issue for which I had anti-anxiety medicines for 20 days(low dose). I have been not taking any anxiety medicine since a week now and currently taking only Multi vitamin tab and low cholesterol medicine as I have high triglycerides. But since 15 days now, I have been experiencing continuous dizziness and poor concentration. Can someone help me understand the cause and what treatment I should seek to get this fixed ASAP.

Hello respected doctors, I was facing Lack of focus, lack of interest , anxious abt future events and lack of deep sleep(disturbed sleep with lot of dreams). I consulted a doc at Practo He treated me with Major Depressive Disorder. He gave me Tab Lanazeo 0.25 mg ( 2 times) and Nexito 10mg. I continued it for 15 days.But after taking Nexito I felt instant/after 15 mins more shaking and trembling in body.I told doc but he advised to continue Now problem has increased and now I feel more anxious. Sleep patterns are not good.I can sleep easily but sleep is not deep and experience dreams. Increased lack of interest, focus and memory power. Can any kind doctor help me out please I am more worried about now for future treatments too.

Hello doctor, I have a severe headache from last five years I have consulted many doctors and they talk about meditation and all stuff but I feel like it's something else because during my headache I frequently hear some sparkling sounds, it occurs twice or thrice a week and stays for 20 to 25 hours. I dont drink smoke or anything i do have overweight bmi and cholesterol , it had gphappened to me like thrice in this past 1 year i was sitting and suddenly i started to run to go and when i stopped running i felt my head (right in mid of head ) as pulsing , like blood is flowing through and i felt air that is resonating with the pulse but there was no pain and it got normal after some second , i have bad habit of googling symptoms amd plus i am on anxiety medication and i am sure that i have a brain aneurysm , is i am right or i am just going paranoid , should i have an doppler or mri. ,
