Brain and Spine Problems

"Sometimes "while exerting myself i occasionally feel blood rushing through my head, no pain dizzy ness or anything, juat feeling of blood rushing heavily with pulse / heartrate through my head it gets normal on its own, i have high cholesterol and once had high bp due to anxiety i am overweight with thatni also have other unusual thing like feeling pulse in but t while resting on bed or sitting on chair also while clench my fist my whole hand shake with pulse, but the pulse thing happen if i concentrate on my pulse, is this something serious,? which test should o get done before consulting a neurologist will an online consultation work well with my concern, pls help

Hi from yesterday, I am having back and side head pain (dull pain, feels like something is putting pressure on my entire head and ear and face) and occasionally feel slight blurred on right eye too. Also from the morning I have twice been very restless and felt weak in my entire body, dizzy and pain randomly in my body as well. Kindly help on what this could be and what should I do. I have had such experiences a few times in past 1 year. Before that never had any such medical history.

Sometimes while lying, sitting or standing, I feel like a mild earthquake happening inside my body. It's been happening since past 3 days. History:- COVID recovered (3 months ago). Initially I had palpitations with chest heaviness but now it's ok. What to do?

From last few months I feels like I forget things quickly for example I thought to do something but after a few seconds forget what i was thinking to do. Or suppose if someone said me something I forgets easily after sometime. I don't know why I easily forgets things It happens daily with me. Please suggest me something except personal consultations.

I was feel some pain chest next day i feel pain in left side hand then i done ecg echo and tmt test all tests was normal, dr say you have problem of gerd . I have take omoprazole and other medicines but pain has not gone , then i feel pain under left arm to abdominal. I have done ct scan of abdominal its is also normal, then one dr suggest me you have cervical spondylosis i have take some Physiotherapy treatment but after physiotherapy treatment i feel pain in left head left eye and left ear and left headache now i have pain in left side body from head to leg, pain is not stable its some time come in head some time come shoulder and shoulder blade ,some time in head some time in left eye. I feel burning sensation in left side body I have done mri of spine and brain its normal only some diffuse disc bulge at c4 c5 and c5 c6. Please suggest what I should do

I faced seizure of left hand side, it used to tighten for 1 min and relax after that, I visited to neuro doctor very good doctor he did MRI and find out the reason. I got a prescription from my doctor Tablet oxetal 300 ( Mor eve) and Tablet lacosam 100 (mor eve) and Tab Amivate m (night).  I forgot to ask about food to eat can anyone suggest what I can eat. Can I eat non veg. Any thing which I have to not to eat. And is okay that I can use these tablets for two months. Please suggest

My grandad was found unconscious in his bathroom after 24hrs as he lives alone, after Ct scan it shows a minir blockage in some nerve which is totally fine as per his age. But that isnt the reason for his unconsciousness they're assuming he might have respirated his own vomit while in the washroom i need help with some advises about his well being. They delayed considering him for a ICU bed they say we might have missed the golden hour. Im not sure what to do. The neuro-surgeon hasnt commented about any surgery or treatment but the factor of lungs can be taken care of by Antibiotics, im nit how he is still unconscious. Please help me with your insights

I had done mri of brain there it is mentioned that retention of cyst exists in right maximallary sinus .what does it mean .is it something serious or it needs some treatment

From a month, I've been experiencing this pain in my hands - mostly left hand (although i experienced it with right hand also a few times). The pain started at shoulder level a month back. Now it constantly changes locations on the hand like forehand, inside inner side of bicep, near elbow and recently pinky finger and. Lower part of thumb. Its not constantly there..comes...stays for few hours to a day or two...vanishes for some days and comes again. I can confidently say that I'm not straining my left hand. Pain peaks before sleep and lowers in the morning. Its not too much pain that makes me keep awake at night but definitely large enough to spoil my concentration at work. I do software job and use my right hand for most of work. But dont understand why left hand is paining. Is this something that i need to worry?
