About seizures medication

My baby girl 2 year old. As her platelets are low in count. She's on medication for seizures. Doctor suggested us to reduce valparin from 4 ml to 3ml. She said valparin is the cause for low platelets. She also said to give frisium 1 in the morning and 1 at night. My question is, we gave frisium at 3 pm. Wen should we give her next dose? Disc Herniation L5-S1

I have been facing radiating leg pain in right leg for past 3 weeks. Medicines helped in 1st week but not working much now. MRI Report says: Grade 1 retrolisthesis of L5 over Sl vertebra. This with right paracentral herniation of L5-S1 iv disc and an adjacent sequestered fragment is causing is compression over emerging nerve roots on right side, indentation over thecal sac and narrowing of the iv foramen on left side. -Posterior bulge of L4-5 iv disc is causing narrowing of the iv foramen, bilaterally. On consultation with Orthopedic surgeon Dr S N Yadav in Ranchi Jharkhand, he suggested Discectomy. Similar suggestion was made by a Neurosurgeon Dr Sai Sudarshan, Pulse Hospital, Ranchi, Jharkhand as well. Attaching MRI scan. Kindly suggest whether to go ahead with surgery or refer to bigger hospitals like CMC Vellore?
