Dear Doctor, I had a mild brain stroke in the year 2019 march. I'm taking tablet everyday which is tonact ASP 75 mg. Can I take vaccination for now. Is that okay to me. Which vaccination is suits for me. Kindly suggest.

Can low ferritin level cause dizziness and loss of balance while walking. MY FERRITIN Level is 7.1 ng/ml. However b12 & d seems in normal range I am feeling unequilibrium in body, as if body is floating or walking on a pillow

I have too many symptoms i.e. anxiety, overthinking, sometimes shortness of breath, poor balance, can't stand on legs too long( if i try to do so headache and balance problem starts with tremors), body disbalance, sometimes headache, too much burping etc. Also whole day googling symptoms.
