Headaches.

I get severe headache whenever I wash my hair. I have long and thick hair. Headache stays for whole day or two. Even though I dry it. I cannot use a drier since it triggers ache more quickly. I have sensitivity to loud music, more sunlight. I guess it is migrain pattern but is there any solution for it? Thanks
