Tingling in hands and fee
I feel tingling in my hands and feed and all over my body.. I consulted a neurologist. He suggested me vitamins b12 etc but still in have same issues.. I masturbate 5 times a week past 8 years . I think that might be the reason pls suggest me

It may be due to nerve compression in cervical spine or anywhere in shoulder side because of poor posture... You can take physiotherapy for nerve entrapment and correct posture exercises. Masterbation is not a cause for this problem. Also Masterbation is enhances penis size if you do in a correct way.
