Brain and Spine Problems

Every time I wake up in the morning I feel ache in the right part of my head. What it could be. Is it something serious.

As per my work style, i sometimes work late in nights. Because having work in mind i could not sleep properly. Sometimes it may take 2,3 hours to sleep. Sometimes when i need to go early somewhere by driving, i could not take sleep till 4,5 am. And when i wake up i really feel very tired with red eye. plz advise. thank

My mom is 65 old and yesterday she vomited around 10-15 times. She said she is not feeling her left side. We got applied her to near by hospital. Now she feeling better but her giddiness us not under control. DOCTORS taken CT scan that I am attaching. They said some bold clot is there. They are not explaining anything

I am 25 year old suffering from back nerve pain from 5 years .it came in inception when i did wrong exercise in gym for lats 5 yer before but after some time it got vanished & when i again joined gym 3 month past same nerve pain occoured. i gone by masage therepy, ultrasound but it didn't work & now i am unable to slep

She is facing severe headache, had medicine for pain but it relief for short term. Like that around more than 8 months she on local medicine. Should I consult neurologist and go for MRI

After an Injury During Playing Cricket in 2011 (At age of 17 Years), my lower back Continuously feels stiff and numb. i had problems in walking and doing other things. my spine is getting weaker day by day. Recently, MRI shows that some nerve compression is there at L4-L5 and L5-S1. and FRACTURED INTERARTICULARIS at L4-L5. I took medicine for fractured interarticularis. but After taking this medicine, my neck has becum stiff.it hurts when i move it. i also feel like current in hands, legs, thighs etc. The problem is more on right side. Please suggest me what should i do????
