My self ramanath from bangalore, i have migrane since my child hood, from begning i started taking medicine for that, now i am 32, it comes once in every week now, and for that i have to take 2-3 tablets for remidy, and yesterdy i got head ache, i just completed 4 course of taking tablet, but still i am getting pain

Headache in right side
I have headache in right side of my brain from last 3-4 years .The headache is some time mild and some time very serious but it is continuous. It get relieved when massage by oil on that part of head.
I want to know the cause and possible diagnosis.

Approximately 6 months back my father had meet with an road accident while riding on bike and brain injury was diagnosed & he was on ventilor for 10 days.
After gaining consciousness he was not able to see properly but right now he can detect light but can't differentiate b/w colour.
