Shivering of left hand

My dad is having a condn whr his left hand has a mild shivering smtimes, this is obsrvd when he is stresed. He feels sense of tightening in the left foot as well at times. Why this symtoms occur ?
I'm having one sided headache and also feel like sum fluid is running inside my head if I turn to right it comes to right side whiling sleeping same way in left I feel numbess&tingling feeling in one side of hand and leg sometimes with headache. Hyperactive mind always
My mind is over-active. If I hear any song or phrase, it just stucks in my mind. It keeps on repeating in my mind and I just can not take it off. I am not able to sleep for longer. During a night, I wake up 4-5 times after and interval of 1.5 to 2 hours but I try sleeping. Facing this from last 2 weeks. What is wrong?
